Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, chatsupportbot, a brand of ZStack Capital LLC, may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides information about the Subprocessors we use for the chatsupportbot services including their name, purpose, and location.
We engage Subprocessors who have been vetted through our security and privacy review process. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, chatsupportbot performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices.
Subprocessors are third parties who process Customer Data on behalf of chatsupportbot to provide the chatsupportbot Service. They are restricted from using Customer Data for any purpose other than providing services to chatsupportbot, and their access to and use of Customer Data is governed by our contract with them (a Data Processing Addendum or similar terms).
